The owners and investors in this company should be very ashamed of the customer service being provided by their employees. T & A Supply does not honor their warranty on flooring. My wife and I remodeled our home and took the recommendation of our floor installer to purchase T&A 8mm Bourbon Street laminate.
It was installed by a company with 30 years experience and I assume a regular customer of T&A. The floor was laid in May 2020. My wife and I spent several months out of state and when we returned in March 2021 there were 6-7 panel joints that had separated as much as 1/4 inch and at least four locations had small surface wear spots or delamination.
