First time customer, I’m a bathroom remodeling contractor. Service and support were top notch. Ron and Sean took great care of me and I will be back for sure. Thanks.

The owners and investors in this company should be very ashamed of the customer service being provided by their employees. T & A Supply does not honor their warranty on flooring. My wife and I remodeled our home and took the recommendation of our floor installer to purchase T&A 8mm Bourbon Street laminate.
It was installed by a company with 30 years experience and I assume a regular customer of T&A. The floor was laid in May 2020. My wife and I spent several months out of state and when we returned in March 2021 there were 6-7 panel joints that had separated as much as 1/4 inch and at least four locations had small surface wear spots or delamination. These were in no way the result of abuse, improper care or maintenance as we had been out of town for half of its life at that point.
The warranty for this product clearly states that it applies to: “The panel joints will remain secure after installation; the panels are free from manufacturing defects, the surface wear is readily visible”. At this point I was very confident that any reputable company would conduct a proper investigation of a warranty claim and I could expect an inspector to come to the house.
Initially, T&A employees were very polite and helpful with filing a claim (through my contractor). One major difficulty I had was convincing T&A that even though the product was purchased through the contractor’s wholesale account as the end user and actual purchaser, the warranty is actually mine. (My contractor had moved on to other jobs and was not as dedicated to as solution as my wife and I). I have call logs between John Berg and Dawn promising a local inspection of the warranty claim and feigning concern each time I contacted that no local contact had occurred. I even went to the local office to talk with Matt Rainey, who to this day has never reached out to me.
Then four months later on one of my calls to Dawn in late July she casually mentioned “we just denied your claim”. I was shocked and did not respond well to that surprise. I called Vicky in the Corporate office and she said Danny Camp would call me back. Of course that never happened. After that John tried to appease me by suggesting an independent inspection (that I would pay for).
I am really dismayed and exhausted at trying to receive some response or explanation of how customers can be treated this way. The only recourse left is to help other unsuspecting customers realize that T&A Flooring doesn’t really stand behind their 29 year residential warranty on their own product line
If anyone in authority from T&A would like to discuss this issue John Berg has my contact information and may be a good resource to this issue. He was by far the person who offered the most concern during this ordeal.

These guys know everything there is to know about flooring. Every time I have a question or a strange request they can answer it instantly. Their prices are great and the quality of their lineup is as well. Before you look elsewhere for tools and such, go see these guys.
