Dr. Zell was absolutely amazing! Such friendly / genuine service. I was nervous when I found out my old doctor retired but thankful for such an amazing replacement! Definitely one of my favorite eye doctors I’ve seen.
Mine appoint went well.My daughter is deaf totally. She was getting her fitting. The staff took her for it while I was getting exam. Asking her question like she could hear. Thank God my friend was there and intervened and assisted .They have it on her chart. Yet I'm ignored it.They need to be more cognisce of their clients needs.I usually am with her and sign or tell them text message with her, but staff wanted to get it done.Not appropriate and should be addressed. She isn't only deaf person in Missoula.
