It was such a great experience buying my first home with Sam! She is very professional, kind and prompt at following up. Though we hit some challenges along the way she made the entire process proceed seamlessly and did an exceptional job representing me as a buyer. Before moving in we found the house was a little dirty and she was able to find a cleaner last minute to tidy up the place which really eased our stress! I would definitely recommend Sam and the team at Engel and Volkers next time you look to buy/sell a home!

I really enjoyed working with Sam on the buying process of my new home in Montana, after moving from Georgia. I had specific parameters for the property that I wanted to find. The inventory of homes that fit my criteria was extremely limited. Sam was willing to travel with me all over SW Montana to view homes in which I was interested. When I was getting frustrated and started thinking about "settling", she talked me into be patient and continuing to search for the right home. I am a first-time home buyer and have really enjoyed going through the process with Sam. Being a renter my whole life, I couldn't help but go into things feeling unsure if I was asking all the necessary questions and keeping an eye out for all the important issues when touring homes. I told Sam as much and she was great at highlighting things that may have slipped my mind - HOAs, utilities, water rights, winterproofing, etc. Sam is professional, friendly, and responsive.
