Samantha has been the best realtor my fiancée and I could ask for as we searched for and bought our first home. She makes herself available day, night, weekends, and weekdays. As a first-time home buyer this can be a scary and overwhelming time. Samantha took time to explain everything and ease our mind about every step that we didn’t understand. Our seller was a nightmare and created lots of issues towards the end of the process. Samantha did everything she could to put the fires out that the seller kept starting including taking it upon herself to go mow the lawn that the seller neglected take care of for a month. She also took time out of her weekend to remove some big items in the house that they wouldn’t remove with the help of her mom. They did this even though we told her it was okay and we would take care of it. Samantha wanted us to get the keys to our home feeling happy and good about our decision. Samantha went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. Even though we don’t plan on moving for years, when we do she will be our first call to help us sell this place and find a new home. She is the best realtor in town and I recommend everybody use her!!!
