I have nothing but positive things to say, and am grateful for all I have experienced and learned. Sherika has a structured and trauma informed flow to her classes that has been incredibly healing mentally/physically/spiritually. It's largely thanks to her consent based practice that I have made such progress in my healing outside of the studio. I had a private aerial yoga session with the wonderful Sherika, and it was truly a most amazing and inspiring time. She is so knowledgeable, kind and welcoming - she guided me calmly and with a stunning presence till I was confidently hanging upside down ! It was almost euphoric ! If I lived anywhere near her beautiful studio, I would be a ‘regular’ a ‘devotee’. …my old body felt revived! Highly and full heartedly recommended!

The Air-Reiki-Float was an incredible and profound experience. I reached a deep meditative state in the silk, and Sherika truly has a gift with her practice of Reiki. I had been under immense personal and work stress going into this experience, and left with my entire nervous system feeling recharged and rebalanced. I will definitely be attending again!
