Well made product. Their windows are high quality and exhibit great durability. The representatives were helpful and responsive. They provided windows and sliding doors for 17 townhomes and I am very satisfied with the results.
I stopped by Pella today to drop off a business card (I clean windows), and Kylie ended up helping me. She took the time to show me how Pella windows with shades built into the glass work, and how to open them up to clean the glass inside. Fantastic experience with Lee of Pella Windows. We bought two Pella triple pane sliding doors. The quality is awesome. The reduction in noise from outside is outstanding.
