I am transferring from another allergist because of moving. They made this transition easy. While all of my medical records were forwarded, they still got to know me as a person and a patient. Asking how things were going, did I feel if I was on the right track, etc. I felt very comfortable.
I have been seeing Jennifer Caldwell to treat my asthma for many years. I have never had anything but a positive experience with her. However, their patient portal is the least user-friendly I have ever encountered. I don't have a smart phone. I tried accessing the patient portal on my computer and ended up completely frustrated.
Jenifer Caldwell was very personable, thorough, and very concerned about my well being. I will be going through some skin tests to figure out what is causing my allergies. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant in the office.
