Shelly is a skilled negotiator and extremely knowledgable in her field. Quick response time, excellent guidance, and a genuinely great person to work with. She handled the sale of our rental property with ease. I have recommended her services multiple times, all with excellent results.

Shelly is as good as it gets. Honestly I was hesitant to even write this review because we’d prefer to keep her to ourselves and not let the word get out. Shelly deserves the business and will work hard for you, though. Prior to working with her, we had a few bad experiences with other big-name brokers in Missoula who pawned us off to their assistants and couldn’t close a tough deal. We came to Shelly and she worked one-on-one with us; she went above and beyond to answer questions and be there for us, despite my constant pressure and annoying late-night texts.
