These guys are amazing! Communication was really great from start to finish. As you can imagine, roofing is an extremely intrusive project but this was as good as it can get. My garden directly under the roof was unscathed - they protected it beautifully. The team worked long days to get the job done as quickly as possible but was flexible when we wanted a slightly later start due to house guests. It took only 3 days to do what is a complicated roof with drop offs at 3 stories in some places. We have a wonderful new roof, they got our satellite dish back up perfectly, and they were meticulous in cleaning the premises. We highly recommend Mighty Dog when you need roofing!

While I was satisfied with the work Kalen and his crew performed to repair some siding, I was very disappointed with the lack of communication between the estimate and handing over the 50% deposit to work beginning 2.5 months later. Four separate requests over that time period for an update on when the work was expected to start went unanswered.

We used them when we had some shingles damaged. They were so quick they had it done in 2 days! Even had an original leak they came back and look at, turns out it wasn’t even the roof and they still fixed the issue for me.

The windstorm in December took a bunch of our roof. Mighty Dog was super responsive in getting the damaged sections tarped while we worked through the insurance process. While waiting on insurance another windstorm took more roof and the guys came out on a Sunday within a couple hours and added more tarp. Once insurance settled they did a full replacement in one day. Full crew of guys looked like an anthill running around the roof. They did a great job. Put tarps down around the full perimeter of the house to catch garbage. Cleaned up everything at the end of the job even using a magnet to sweep up any nails laying around.

The crew was fast with quality work always cleaning up so mess was always minimal when they were done all was clean 60 squares off and reinstalled in about a day and half top of the line work

Overall, the roofing work itself was done well, and I’m happy with the final result. However, the communication throughout the process was disappointing.
The sales rep, Andrew, did not reach out to me at any point, which left me feeling in the dark for most of the project. I had to make several calls just to get updates. I was eventually able to connect with a manager who helped resolve things, but that only happened after about three weeks of frustration.
After the job was completed, there was no follow-up, which added to the overall lack of customer service. While the workmanship was solid, the communication and support could use significant improvement.

The quality of the work was great and exactly as promised. The crew did a complete tear-off of the old roofing, installed the new roof, and hauled away all the old material. A team of six worked efficiently together and replaced our two-car garage roof in just one afternoon. The only area that could be improved is communication—letting customers know ahead of time before arriving would make the experience even better. Overall, we’re very happy with the results.
