I’ve worked for homecare almost 7 months and there is so much unbelievable, drama and chaos through the corporate that’s allowing employees to abuse their power and manipulate at work that are actually taking care of the clients. it’s sad when clients and PCAs are afraid to ask for help because they know they won’t get heard because corporate is afraid of certain employees manipulation tactics. If you’re a drama queen, fully self righteous, vindictive, backstabbing person. I’m not gonna say human being. This is the perfect job for you. It’s heartbreaking as a caring person to hear. Clients needs get unmet.

As an employee they make the process really frustrating. It is 2017 though hours are kept as if it were 1980. There are simple types of software that could be easily integrated to make everything run more efficiently; for the clients as well.
