I’ve always had a difficult time making yoga a consistent practice in my life. But after my first class at Headwaters over a year and a half ago, I was hooked. Something clicked for me and I’ve been loving every class since. It probably has to do with the wonderful teachers who are engaging, kind and compassionate. They always bring such a great energy to class that you can’t help but feel better afterwards. I really appreciate the mix of different classes so there’s always something for what kind of yoga you feel like you need that day. I’m so grateful for Headwaters! Would highly recommend to anyone considering to try it out.

A great place to start doing yoga! Very welcoming environment with a great range of classes for all levels. Teachers are supportive and very helpful. I have always enjoyed class and leave feeling better than I did when I entered!

Great studio!! Kind instructors, nice space with large windows, welcoming environment, clean, lots of different class options. Plus they have cute yoga outfits, mats, and towels for sale! Love this place. ☺️?
