My furnace went out on a morning where it was 9 degrees. Called at 8AM, they were able to fit me in at 9AM, explained everything really well and heat was working by the afternoon. They were so nice and incredibly helpful.
I could not recommend this company more. I called this morning about my AC not working well, Vance came out diagnosed the issue replaced it in less than an hour and now we are enjoying a cool house. Wonderful experience and will be recommending them to all my friends and family!
My 17 yr old Lennox furnace went out a month ago (Jan 2024). I researched highly rated HVAC companies in Missoula, not paying attention to whether they were "sponsored" or not. The first company, Garden City, sent a tech out - a$98 service call - who declared a cracked heat exchange, disabled my furnace and determined it needed replacing. The bid was 19K which included an (unnecessary) electrical upgrade.
