City Motor recently moved to a new cloud based phone system. The team at Granite Technology was great to work with. They did a ton information gathering so that the phones could be programmed prior to us receiving them. They also handled all of the porting of our phone numbers. Hunter installed all of our approximately 70 phones and made sure they were up and running. Bailey, Colt, Matt, and Hunter were great about getting the phones set up so they would work for our call volume even coming back on site to work with us in identifying any concerns we were still having. Hunter, James and Colt were not only technically supportive but also committed to making the transition from our old phones to the new ones a better experience. Hunter came in and worked tirelessly setting the phones up and worked with me the next day with the carrier to ensure that I felt comfortable and supported. I would highly recommend them!
We upgraded our phone system last year and have been extremely happy with the service we receive from Granite.
