Embodied Healing Arts

I attended Rylee's Embodied Movement classes in the summer of 2024, and had a spectacular time! I found them a sensitive, calm, grounded facilitator who brought both humor and gentle, serious focus to the task of creating a space in which it was easier for me to be in relationship with my own body. If they held the class again, I would absolutely attend it!

I can't recommend Rylee enough, truly! I only got a few sessions before I moved away, but they changed my life and my body. Our first session unlocked my fascia and feelings in a way that felt like years of healing happened in one hour, I had never felt so safe and taken care of in my body before?! I could cry just thinking about it. Riley provides such a safe and comfortable environment, wonderful conversation, and incredible healing! When I say their work is unparalleled I mean it!
