Many thanks to Direct Source and Desiree for helping us change out the breakfast bar to a more finished look with more storage in our kitchen. We love it! Desiree was so friendly, helpful and available and made the entire process enjoyable and easy! She matched the cabinet color perfectly. And the installer, Patrick, was friendly and did such a great job installing the new cabinets. Wish I had used Direct Source years ago when we first remodeled the kitchen! We highly recommend them for their knowledge, skills and commitment!

Updated 11/8/22 - Rebeca came out and looked over the cabinets and has provided us with great service and satisfactory resolution. If you know what to expect when you get into Waypoint / American Woodmark, you will be happy with your end product. I do wish we spent more time choosing our designer though and researching the product we were getting, but Rebeca did a really great job of helping us, and at the end of the day many of the issues we are going to be ok with, and some will be warrantied.

Rebecca was so patient and helped me design all the cabinets in my new home. From the kitchen to baths to kennel room she covered every detail. When anything went awry, she was there to correct any problem. I can't recommend Direct Source highly enough.
