Design air installed one mini split for us this last summer, and it went flawlessly. We had them install another on January 3rd, with Dave and Eastyn doing a great job. This was a different story. The unit had a faulty service valve. They ordered a new valve, but after installation, the unit was *still* faulty, with a bad EEV control board. Liz felt terrible about our user experience, and arm wrestled Bryant to furnish an entirely new unit, which just got installed on the 22nd, and has functioned perfectly. Kyler did my yearly maintenance on the AC and the furnace. He replaced my furnace filter, cleaned the outside AC, checked my batteries on my unit and also cleaned some piping that had been left by the installer. He was very personable and professional. He answered all my questions and left everything in place. I would highly recommend him.
Ive Worked with design air for many years. The technicians are knowledgeable and always very friendly. The girls in office are very nice and always considerate of your needs when scheduling service
