I found Chad as a realtor by requesting info on a Zillow posting. I am so thankful that Zillow had Chad answer my questions. My husband and I were new to the home buying process and did not have a realtor yet. I am grateful every day that Chad was there to guide us every step of the way. His knowledge and willing to help you find YOUR perfect home was top notch. He was willing to go above and beyond (even answering questions on the weekends) to make sure that our needs/wants were met.
