Excellent experience!
Our dryer stopped spinning after running a small rug through it, and we were worried it was done for.
Since I happened to be near the AllBrands store, I stopped in to see how quickly they could come by and take a look. To my pleasant surprise, they were able to come the very next morning.
So today, they came by, took the dryer apart, and discovered all we had done was pop off a clip that allowed the belt to slip off. The tech went through the machine thoroughly and made sure all the rollers and other clips were in good shape, nothing else needed attention, got the belt back on, and placed the dryer right back in position.
He was fast, efficient and very courteous.
For how quickly and easily the whole thing was taken care of, the bill was remarkably reasonable as well.
Overall, we couldn't be happier with the service we got. We will definitely be reaching out to them again next time we have an appliance in need.
