Indoor Air Solutions LLC is a company that many customers trust. The technician explained everything and the fees were reasonable. When a customer's AC was not working, the technician found the problem, fixed it, and charged a reasonable price. The team was knowledgeable, punctual, and fairly priced. Customers say they got their AC back on in 20 minutes. The team fixed furnace needs, identified the problem and fixed it immediately, and provided a solution to ensure the issue would be resolved permanently. Many customers recommend the company 10 out of 10. Some customers had trouble with the credit application. Customers feel the company is professional and great at solving HVAC issues.
The Tech was great. He did everything he could think of to get our AC running, but nothing was working. He came to the conclusion that we needed a new system. We were going to have them put one in, but then the office guy couldn’t figure out how to send me the credit application. He kept sending me the same prequalify link. Not the actual application. I went back and forth with him, and the credit place. They both kept telling me i have to call the other. I gave up and went with a different company, who made the whole process easy. I wasn’t feeling well and i just didn’t want to deal with all the back and forth. Hut they ate a really good company.
Joseph and his team were very knowledgeable, professionally, and communicated perfectly through the process, fixing my furnace needs. They identified the problem and fixed it immediately. Not only fixed it but provided a solution to ensure my issue would be resolved permanently. Thank you guys!
Joseph was great to work with on our home. He was good at proactively communicating with us over the course of the project, so we had no surprises. Great follow up when the city inspector threw us some curveballs too. I'd recommend Indoor Air to anyone.
