They did a fine job on installing Mitsubishi mini-splits, working with feedback about what was wanted, doing the job carefully and surprisingly quickly. The bill was reasonable and well within the expected range. The new unit works great and electric bill went down. They educated customers about the condition of current units and estimated repair costs, making it easy to do business with them and keeping them informed on the process. The service man listened to customers and fixed air conditioner issues with no problem. Jeff came and looked at AC and furnace, offering multiple options to choose from. The ease at selecting a solution is what customers liked best, with hard copy making comparisons easy. The installers were neat and efficient. The front desk woman at Comfort was a pro, too. I’ve used Comfort Heating for years. They have always done top notch work, including when they installed a new furnace for me. This summer they replaced our old air conditioning system. Their service techs have always been very polite and keep their work area clean.
Our installer, Chase, did an amazing job with great care and professionalism. He was knowledgeable and patient in answering our questions and we were so grateful for his expertise in getting our new a/c installed. I've been a Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning customer for several years now, and they've earned every bit of my trust.
It started when another company's technician told me my furnace was failing and needed full replacement, based on a reading he took in my flue gas. I called Comfort Heating to come out and give me a second estimate for a new furnace. Their owner, Jeff, came out, looked over the furnace, asked what I'd been told, and then did some troubleshooting and simply adjusted my gas regulator.
