Roto Rooter Sewer Service

Roto Rooter Sewer Service provides prompt and efficient drain cleaning services. Customers praise Jason, a representative of the company, for his quick response times, professional expertise, and helpful advice.

Jason has been known to arrive earlier than scheduled appointments and effectively resolve issues such as clogged drains in car wash stations and sewer lines obstructed by tree roots. Customers appreciate his ability to quickly diagnose problems and provide solutions, often offering preventative tips to avoid future occurrences. Recently, the service has been highly praised for going above and beyond, especially during tight time frames with Airbnb guests and weekends. Customers also note the quick response when a basement grinder pump stopped working due to a kid's toy, with repairs completed the same day efficiently.

The company's team, including polite and knowledgeable technicians, has left a positive impression. One customer mentioned a technician who was very polite, fast, and knew exactly what he was doing, even earning the approval of their dog. The service is often thorough, with technicians spending significant time on jobs, and the company maintains standard rates. However, some customers felt that tips should not be expected or added to the bill, especially considering budget constraints in some situations.
