“I telephoned in the morning, and after finishing another job in Lincoln City, Oregon Jay arrived that afternoon. I had told him it was an old beach house with a four decades old septic system without any drawings or diagram, and that the shifting ground had appeared to have broken a septic pipe. Things were troubleshooted, and there were other problems hiding underground like incorrect slope and connections to the intake baffle on the septic tank. It was quickly repaired at a fair price, and everything was explained to me in a language I could easily understand.
