My struggle began a few “daze” ago, with what I thought was a simple clog in our kitchen sink drain pipe. The clog was located in the pipe area, leading behind the wall, into the basement main outlet. So, I used my small snake auger, with my drill attached. I couldn’t clear the obstruction, no matter how hard I tried. Next, I go to Home Depot & rent a heavy duty, electric, auto-feed snake. After about 45 minutes of that madness, the snake’s tip finally snapped off, inside the 1-1/2” PVC pipe. Dang It!!! Fast Forward; The Home Depot rental department Guy suggested I give Advanced Sewer a call. Next day, Shawn shows up and runs a camera into the system, opens up the connecting pipe system in our basement, runs the snake and clears out what seemed like a century’s worth of hardened grease buildup. Shawn was Awesome! Solved our issue in no time flat. He was very professional and knowledgeable. A great guy too. I highly recommend Advanced Sewer & Drain Cleaning. Recently had Tony install a new sink disposal, old one quit. Simply called and scheduled on my day off, Tony showed up earlier than planned, installed quick and clean! Always highly recommended if you need any plumbing work ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!
I called Advanced for help on a Thursday afternoon (not an emergency just needed an over worried person) - they were able to get someone to me first thing Friday. Shawn was extremely helpful and thorough. He listed to what I thought was happening and then went above and beyond investigating. He found what the problem was and was extremely honest in what I should do. This company has always been honest and efficient and I do value them!
