I showed up and was welcomed like a friend ?. He's very detailed on technique. Pay attention it is money ?. This is a great family environment. The kids' class was impressive ? thank you for the great Rooling ?

Great, open culture. Coaches are awesome with kids of all ages and abilities. It's a true family gym. The Hughes really enjoy what they do, are genuine, and make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. It's been amazing to see the kids thrive in an environment operating with mutual respect.

I have attended 10 classes in two weeks, Mark identifies adjustments with moves as he sees you progress. There is a welcoming community around the gym. I see many types of students, some who practice once a week, some twice, others more, and some folks stop in for a class if they are in town for only a couple days. Everyone is encouraged to practice the sport as they feel works best for them. If you are considering this gym, do not hesitate to stop in.
