“HATE gyms--LOVE Engage Fitness!! :-) I needed to get healthy after a very stressful divorce and thank God I found Engage Fitness. I have never been a gym rat, never liked the smell of gyms and that you are just on your own. At Engage Fitness, because of the indoor pool, it smells like a spa!! And the workouts--my favorite is the strength training class--are led by personal trainers. It has worked and I have been there for 3 years! I actually look forward to going!“
