PTA Physical Therapy - Kalispell Downtown (next to Napa)
“PTA is the friendliest place to go for PT. Claudia is amazing, but any PT there will get you back in business. I highly recommend PTA at any location near.”

Mountain Physical Therapy
“Lydia is my pelvic floor PT. what I love about her treatment style is that it’s all stuff I can’t do on my own, and every treatment is new to me. As a physical therapist myself, I truly value her knowledge and learn from her in every session. Worth every penny. I’m not at 100% yet but I know with her help I will get there! Working with her in treatment is fun because she treats me like a colleague. Thank you Lydia!!”
Engage Fitness
“HATE gyms--LOVE Engage Fitness!! :-) I needed to get healthy after a very stressful divorce and thank God I found Engage Fitness. I have never been a gym rat, never liked the smell of gyms and that you are just on your own. At Engage Fitness, because of the indoor pool, it smells like a spa!! And the workouts--my favorite is the strength training class--are led by personal trainers. It has worked and I have been there for 3 years! I actually look forward to going!”
