My furnace quit and called a company that said I needed a new furnace at 7-8,000. It is not that old. So called these guys and they found the problem quickly...just a matter of a plugged air filter from misfunctioning humidifiers that plugged the filter quickly even though filter was not that old. Rory was honest, upbeat, patient and pleasant to work with. Being a female senior citizen, not knowing much about furnaces, I appreciated all the help and advice he gave me. As a female and a senior we are often seen by companies as easy targets. I will be using them again.

It took a while to get someone out, since I had a backup heat source. That's to be expected Jan/Feb around here. On install day these friendly fellas did a great, clean, fast job. Would definitely recommend.

They saved us from a potential house fire with our 82yr old dads house which he lives alone! His sequencer and wires were fried, just glad they made us an appointment asap, even before they knew what was wrong.
