“Hot Yoga Helena is a fantastic place to practice yoga and learn to expand your techniques. HYH is very cute, inviting, and a great vibe. I moved out of Helena, so I now join online. Although my living room isn’t as great for practice, the online experience is still top notch. The instructors are encouraging coaches. They’re experienced & knowledgeable, and they can spot an incorrect position that might lead to injury. The in person experience is invaluable, though, and if you’re in the area, I highly recommend the studio.“
