Hot Yoga Helena

206 W Lawrence St #5B, Helena

Wed 6AM - 7:30PM

“Hot Yoga Helena is a fantastic place to practice yoga and learn to expand your techniques. HYH is very cute, inviting, and a great vibe. I moved out of Helena, so I now join online. Although my living room isn’t as great for practice, the online experience is still top notch. The instructors are encouraging coaches. They’re experienced & knowledgeable, and they can spot an incorrect position that might lead to injury. The in person experience is invaluable, though, and if you’re in the area, I highly recommend the studio.”

“First of all this profile pic is of my husband. I am not very techy and can't change it. But, .......I love dancing at the Holter! I have been moving my body and moving my emotions with this Oula community for 10 years. To me , it is moving yoga. It has everything, drama, empowerment, fun witches, and so much LOVE! I have never been the same since the first day I worked up the courage to step inside the door. I hope you step through the door too! xo”
