The studio welcomes students back into their practice, providing a great atmosphere and instruction that will not disappoint.

Hot Yoga Helena is a fantastic place to practice yoga and learn to expand your techniques. HYH is very cute, inviting, and a great vibe. I moved out of Helena, so I now join online. Although my living room isn’t as great for practice, the online experience is still top notch. The instructors are encouraging coaches. They’re experienced & knowledgeable, and they can spot an incorrect position that might lead to injury. The in person experience is invaluable, though, and if you’re in the area, I highly recommend the studio.

It's been a while since I regularly practiced yoga, and Hot Yoga Helena is an excellent place to get back into it. I highly recommend trying Baptiste with Bob, a class that's full of energy. You'll leave feeling absolutely revitalized, like you're on top of the world!

This is the Yoga Studio to practice at. It had been several years since I practiced and Hot Yoga Helena welcomed me in and reminded me of why I need a good Yoga Studio in my life! The instructors and the patrons are all amazing people! You will not be disappointed with the atmosphere or the instruction!
