We have the unique experience of getting to work with both Corky Pigman, before she retired, and now with her granddaughter Belit Bennington. Belit has been our realtor on multiple transactions and we will be happily using her again in the near future. Betsy Kratofil is an excellent realtor who you really want in your corner. Not only did she find us potential houses off market, but when it came to the negotiation table, she saved us a lot of money. She has been doing this for a long time and I learned to trust what she says as her advice is gold. You won't be disappointed with her effort and she is seemingly always available. This is my third house I have purchased and has been the best experience I've had purchasing a home.
