@JeanneWald is the best! She helped us find the perfect piece of land in Hamilton to build our dream home. We are forever grateful for her persistence to make sure our needs were met with each viewing. We looked at many houses for sale and could not find the right one, and then Jeanne mentioned a 5 acre parcel on a creek that we might like - the rest is history! When we started looking for a place in the Bitterroot Valley of Montana we did not know our way around, so selected 12 properties from internet listings. We sent a few messages to a few realtors, ONE picked up the phone and call us! ONE!!! Craig Siphers, EXIT Realty. We spoke, told a couple of jokes then I sent him the 12 we wanted to see. Craig dedicated a full day, made all of the 24 hour notices, then drive us around and showed us all 12 places. We settled on 3, narrowed to one and then the negotiations began and Craig was behind us 110% all the way to the final closing!
