I emailed over the weekend and they promptly got back to me on Monday. Communication was awesome, everyone was friendly from the phone call to the pickup. 100% would use again!!

They did a great job at our work place, were on time and came back to spot clean some areas that appeared after the first time they shampooed. The spots didn't fully come out. (without additional charge). We were very happy with the final job. Highly recommend!!!
