Really good experience. They aren't the cheapest in town, but they are really responsive, professional, and they do a great job. If you are looking for a good clean, I recommend using them. My carpets were a mess and now they look way better.
They cleaned my loveseat and the carpet on my stairs and did a wonderful job! They were able to get out all the stains and grim. The men were both professional and knowledgeable, I'll definitely use them again!
We used Cascade Chem-Dry for the first time, and we were very impressed with the quality of the carpet cleaning (our bedroom carpet looks so much better!) and the friendliness and professionalism of our technician, Jonathan. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
