If I could give Kim 10 stars, I absolutely would. I bought my wedding dress online and completely underestimated how much work it would need. To make matters worse, I called with less than three weeks before I needed it back. From the very first phone call, they immediately put me at ease and told me to bring it in the next day because there was still plenty of time for Kim to make any alterations needed.

Kim helped me, a fellow seamstress, out of a pinch. All my plans of attack to get the right shirt for a wedding did not work out. There was no other way other than for me to tear up the shirt I had and go buy and custom dye fabric, and then sew one. I did not have that type of time. I decided to try Kim's and she was AMAZING! She had a wonderful idea with the shirt I had to make it work and honestly, I was willing to pay any price with the tight turnaround time I needed. I even told her ANY price, and she was so kind! She gave me a very reasonable price. Her fix fit so perfectly and everyone was very pleased. And I didn't have to stay up all night to get a shirt done.
We brought in my daughter's formal high low dress to have the top took in. Kim is the Sweetest, nicest lady. She did a wonderful job and was very timely. For sure, would go back for all our alteration needs.Services: Pants alterations
