“If I could give Kim 10 stars, I absolutely would. I bought my wedding dress online and completely underestimated how much work it would need. To make matters worse, I called with less than three weeks before I needed it back. From the very first phone call, they immediately put me at ease and told me to bring it in the next day because there was still plenty of time for Kim to make any alterations needed.
When I met with Kim, she did a quick 15 minute fitting and instantly noticed additional improvements that I never would have thought of myself. I dropped the dress off on a Thursday morning, and was scheduled to come back the following Tuesday morning as it would be ready then.
When I tried it on just a few days later, I was so happy and so amazed. The chest area originally had so much wiring and structure that it made everything look unnatural and way too large. Kim perfectly removed all of that and reshaped it so it looked soft, and naturally flattering. She also reworked the layers and skirt so it no longer looked overly poofy and instead fell flowy and effortlessly around my figure.
Not only was the turnaround unbelievably fast, but the pricing was also more than affordable. I truly could not believe how she transformed my dress into exactly what I had envisioned in 5 days. She executed everything I asked for perfectly while also using her expertise to make even more improvements that made such a huge difference.
I will absolutely be using Kim for all future alterations and cannot recommend her enough.“
