Everyone, from the office manager to the senior tech that came out to assess the repairs, was a real pleasure to work with. They gave me a timeframe, brought out the needed equipment for digging, and fixed the issue. The owner even climbed down into the hole to assist the team and install some of the heavy duty fittings. “My furnace just stopped working this morning, called Talon right away and the technicians (a journeyman and apprentice) were here in early afternoon. Gladly nothing major was wrong. They vacuumed and cleaned it, made sure the lines weren't clogged and the flame indicated it was using gas efficiently. Both of these men were very pleasant and knowledgeable.
