“I would highly recommend Northern Heating and Cooling! I called first thing in the morning as our AC quit, and they had a tech, Phil, at our home within a couple of hours and he even came 20 minutes earlier than scheduled. He was professional and knowledgeable. He had our AC up and running very quickly. He also inspected our furnace and made some great recommendations. Going forward Northern will be our go to for heating and cooling!!”
“Tried to do my own plumbing project and got halfway through before the pipe I removed came off without its threads. I called 4 other plumbing shops and they were booked for 3 weeks, whereas Palagi was able to send someone the next day. Tim came out and we had a good laugh out of the pickle I'd gotten myself into. We got the issue resolved very quickly and I learned a lot from him in the meantime! Next time I have a plumbing issue(Hopefully never again, but life happens, eh?), Palagi will definitely be my first call.”
