I called Falls Mechanical when my heating stopped working. I called AFTER MIDNIGHT and they called me back at 0700 that morning and were at my house by 0800 that same day! Garrett fixed my problem quickly and even took the time to explain to me what exactly was going on. One of my parts was soon to expire, so they quickly ordered a new one and had no problem getting me in quickly to get that installed! Again Garrett quickly fixed the problem and explained everything! He was professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely suggest this business to anyone having heating/cooling issues and definitely will use them again in the future if I have those issues! I called for their help servicing my tankless hot water heater. They were able to get me in quickly considering the time of year. The gentleman that came to service it was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in explaining the service and what it entailed. He was very professional.

I was having to replace the water supply line under our Gallatin mobile home.......it was the soft copper 3/8" tubing. I had various plumbers out to look at it and it was like none of them wanted to get dirty (I know there are good plumbers in Great Falls, I just didnt select the right ones!). I was up to my neck is people turning us down and then one day, Brandon who still works here, came up to my gate. I told him briefly what I had and almost told him to get lost as I was frustrated.
