We have had our mount for probably 6 years now. Last winter we had 100+ mph winds. The mount held strong. In fact the wind was so strong it tore the 1/4 in steel plate our pole was mounted on, but the mount held together. We needed a new part for the tilt in the spring when we had to take everything apart and fix the pole. I emailed with pictures asking for help, Penni got back to me so quickly! She is a gem, responsive, helpful,knowledgeable, just hands down amazing customer service! USPS lost our package for a while and Penni emailed me when she got the notification it was finally delivered. Good sturdy product and the team is great to work with from sales, design and delivery. I especially like that it is designed and built here in NW Montana. It's close enough to us to skip the shipping and pick up the racks ourselves, with a beautiful ride as a bonus! Here is the first rack from MT Solar!
