We have had our mount for probably 6 years now. Last winter we had 100+ mph winds. The mount held strong. In fact the wind was so strong it tore the 1/4 in steel plate our pole was mounted on, but the mount held together. We needed a new part for the tilt in the spring when we had to take everything apart and fix the pole. I emailed with pictures asking for help, Penni got back to me so quickly! She is a gem, responsive, helpful,knowledgeable, just hands down amazing customer service! USPS lost our package for a while and Penni emailed me when she got the notification it was finally delivered. I would 100% recommend the mount based on it's ease of setup and definitely durability but more over I would 200% recommend this company on customer service alone! Penni needs a raise!
