“First, I try to do business with the local guys, but when they are all booked up or they don’t answer the phone or reply to messages that I left, I quit trying. Ambient Air Solutions was able to send a technician out to Ennis, a 50 mile drive, within a week.
Second, they have their technicians go to the training seminars that are put on by the Company, in this case Navien. Karl attended the training in Denver between the service calls he made down here. So he had fresh training when he trued to figure out why my tankless water heater howls when the faucet is turned on. He performed a whole battery of tests on my unit and he called the technical help line at Navien to get their input on the problem and to invoke the warranty. They shipped the parts the same day and we were able to schedule the follow-up session within a week. So they held the time we were without hot water to four or five days.
Third, Ambient Air Solutions kept the cost down as much as possible. After three service calls and two parts shipments our water heater is working good and it only howls on start up for a second or two.“
