Karl, the technician, was available to come out late on a Saturday night during an extreme heat wave. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and was kind and courteous. Kudos to him, I will be using ambient again because of him!!!
Ambient Air Solutions has just completed installing a heat pump air conditioner for us. The experience has been seamless, from Jen scheduling our appointments to Brandon making a home visit to be sure exactly what we need to the installation team of Anthony and Gavin. They ran into some unexpected situations and stayed until 9:45pm to finish the job. They had been there all day but stayed to complete the install. Josh came out a few days later to perform the pressure check. We are thrilled by the people and the level of service. We highly recommend them!
