Excellent service. My heater stopped working at 10am on a day that was supposed to hit -15. I called up Ambient Air Solutions and they were literally in my house within two hours. Problem was diagnosed and fixed all within about 45 minutes. Great company to deal with and highly recommended

I turned to Ambient after many frustrating moments with other repair companies. Ambient came out the same week, got the diagnosis right on the money, fixed the problem right then and there, and saved me money and time. I'm so grateful, and we will use them for all of our heating and cooling equipment needs.

EVERYONE was very personable, knowledgeable. The installing technicians were efficient, along with the servicing technicians who came a couple months later, to ensure that all was running at peak efficiency. They answered questions & concerns patiently (didn't make me feel stupid : ) Overall, a pleasant experience ?
