Chris was really helpful and knowledgeable walking us through our options. Bryton and his crew were cordial and very personable throughout the installation process. Bryton and his team were knowledgeable, professional, and very respectful. Everyone at Ambient has been beyond pleasant to work with, from the initial quote process through the end of install. They were very reasonably priced with an impressive turnaround time.
My AC went down during the 105 heat wave in town. They were the only HVAC to return my phone call. Called them based on reviews. The receptionist asked smart questions. A regularly scheduled appointment was available about 6 days away. The technician's photo was texted to me by the company before his arrival. He was on time (actually early with my consent). He was so cordial and helpful. Fixed the problem that visit. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
Ambient was great! They were able to get our installation next day when we were initially scheduled out 2 weeks. They were friendly and gave us a great price. Would recommend them for A/c install.
Karl, the technician, was available to come out late on a Saturday night during an extreme heat wave. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and was kind and courteous. Kudos to him, I will be using ambient again because of him!!!
