Tyler and Rocky Mountain Heating & Cooling are fantastic! There was excellent communication leading up to my service appointment so that I knew exactly when Tyler would arrive. He was professional, friendly, and explained what was going on with my furnace in a way that I could easily comprehend. Our furnace stopped working around noon today. I called and spoke to Trinity in the office, explained the situation and she was able to dispatch a technician within a couple hours. Tyler the technician arrived a little ahead of time and jumped right on it. The diagnosis was our 30 year old furnace's control board had died. But more importantly, Tyler noticed that the heat exchanger was developing a crack that could have rapidly developed into a carbon monoxide leak! They were able to schedule installation of our new furnace right away. We are so thankful for Tyler's expertise and the rapid response of the company!Service: Heating system repair
