A call was made into Falls Plumbing when we realized our boiler was not heating in all the areas. Since we live 60 miles out, I was pleasantly surprised when Mike immediately came out. He was professional, friendly and positive in his service. Within a couple hours our boiler was heating and an upgraded unit was ordered. There was just a small adjustment needed, and we got a personal call with his advice.

These guys do what they say, when they say, and with no hassles. Had them foam insulate a barn, gave them a weeks worth of notice, they showed up and didn’t leave til it was done. They provided their own heat, temp enclosures and temp power. They are “no hassle “ people, which are few and far between these days.
Tried to do my own plumbing project and got halfway through before the pipe I removed came off without its threads. I called 4 other plumbing shops and they were booked for 3 weeks, whereas Palagi was able to send someone the next day. Tim came out and we had a good laugh out of the pickle I'd gotten myself into. We got the issue resolved very quickly and I learned a lot from him in the meantime! Next time I have a plumbing issue(Hopefully never again, but life happens, eh?), Palagi will definitely be my first call.
