A call was made into Falls Plumbing when we realized our boiler was not heating in all the areas. Since we live 60 miles out, I was pleasantly surprised when Mike immediately came out. He was professional, friendly and positive in his service. Within a couple hours our boiler was heating and an upgraded unit was ordered. There was just a small adjustment needed, and we got a personal call with his advice.
I was very relieved when Mike fixed a boiler problem that would otherwise have cost me thousands. He certainly can troubleshoot. He left only after he was sure I understood how to determine if "the fix" actually solved the problem.
