The guy was everything and more we could’ve hoped for! He was able to get over to her place as he just finished one job within 10-15 minutes. Not only did he fix the clog he repaired the flapper and she is eventually going to have him install and redo her toilet since it’s time to upgrade and was part of the clog issue. We were so relieved we thought we were going to have to wait until after the Holiday to even have the problem resolved but he went above and beyond what we needed and we are so appreciative of his work.
