We needed help this morning and Alpine came within an hour. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The two guys were professional, nice, understanding and got the problems solved quickly and at a wonderful price.

Wonderful to work with! Discovered we had kitchen plumbing issues early yesterday morning. After seeing if I could fix it myself, I gave up and called Alpine. Made the call at 9:26am; lovely receptionist said they had a cancellation and could be here in about 20min. They arrived, found the problem, had to go get a new faucet, installed it, cleaned up and were out the door by 11:22am! The techs were knowledgeable, personable and quick. (Even put my PUR water filter back on new faucet!) Will definitely be our go-to for plumbing & heating/cooling! Highly recommend.

Overall, system works great and heats/cools my house quickly, and they had the best price.
My rub with Alpine is:
1) my oven does not power on anymore after they installed the system (I now have to pay an electrician to fix it).
2) I was indirectly, and falsely, accused of swindling them out of the job cost while I was having issues with my bank.
3) my equipment (brand new and worth over $20,000) was returned to me damaged due to their handling of it, and was blown off as unimportant by the installers.
Overall, I would recommend them, but I feel improvements need to be made.
