I have tried every Avenue I can think of to get Massage Envy in Billings, MT to cancel my membership. I am a traveling health care professional and usually work in large cities where it is relatively easy to get an affordable massage at any time or day. I signed a 6 month contract at Massage Envy in Billings, MT. The availability for a deep tissue massage was very limited, I was okay with this as Billings is a relatively small community. My problem is That I-cannot get them to terminate my contract. Although I really liked my specific massage therapist at this facility I unfortunately developed a very negative opinion of Massage Envy as a whole. I moved out of state and went through a total nightmare trying to transfer my membership (Covid didn’t help with this). Long story short, it was a combination of being bounced back and forth between each locations while managers just kept directing me to the other repeatedly while no solution was ever achieved. I moved again and have 13 credits accrued that I will never be able to use due to not having a ME in my community and they will not refund credits. They will keep approximately $900 worth of credits I can’t use...read full review
