From Scott in the floor, really taking the time to figure out what our needs were, being patient with us while we shopped around and sticking to everything he said he would do. When delivery happened, the installers were professional and thorough. We were allowed to video Sam while he explained everything we would need to do from water chemistry, to drain and refill. Costumer service is at the top of importance for me and Scott and his entire crew have far exceeded my expectations.“

His programs is great for people that have a lot on their plate and are wanting to become massage therapist. “24 hours before my water broke with my first born daughter, I received a labor induction massage from Laura. At the time, I was a bit apprehensive about the possibility that anything would actually help induce my labor as I had already tried every natural methodology my OBGYN MD had recommended. But because I was miserably uncomfortable, I was willing to try anything that was safe for myself and my baby to help induce labor. Even still, the idea of a labor inducing massage seemed a bit hokey. After all, I had been misled by other Billings body workers who saw an opportunity to make a quick dollar. Not only did Laura accurately predict my daughter’s weight, length, and proclivity toward turning her head to the right- she also provided me with world class resources, education, and above all- physical relief from my long, painful pregnancy experience. Lynn had great customer service, and practiced from a Trauma-Informed lens (patient, kind, respectful of your time and body, culturally respectful/open-mind). She was knowledgeable about her practice and her touch. She engaged with me in a friend-like conversation which made it feel less stiff and more relaxed in telling her what I wanted. If you or you know of someone who has experienced physical/sexual/emotional trauma Lynn is a safe person. She explains in detail what will/is taking place and allows you to lead with what "feels" comfortable...it was never about her, she always checked in with me along the way. Her energy is warm/welcoming/safe. This was one of the most memorable massages/ lymphatic drainages I've had.“
