There was a delay in the closing on the sale of our previous home and they were willing to hold the house we wanted for several months in order to make everything work for us. Their setting crew did a great job setting the home on our basement and when it was discovered that the furnace was faulty (it was a used home), they quickly arranged for a replacement to be installed free-of-charge. I’ve never bought a manufactured home before so I don’t have anything to compare this experience to, but if this was the treatment I got every time I did, I would be a happy customer.
